the document that you're able to download is your ticket which is just a fill in for the full on info sheet and programme of the workshop that we're sending out to the group soon. There you will find the most important infos!
NOTE: this is the remaining amount of the Ticket, if you put down the deposit already! If so you're fully booked now:)
 
your next steps include: sending us your phone numbers so we're able to create a whatsapp group - here we'll add more info about travel, dietary requirements etc. 
and then you can already get started to plan your trip to Greece and back. and any other questions you may have till then: feel free to ask anytime.
we will coordinate things such as travel taxis/car rides together and other smaller organisational things closer to the time of the workshop and will keep you updated on anything else as they arise!
 
Terms and conditions:
The ticket is transferrable, so if you can't make it you can give your ticket to someone else, but please give us details as far in advance as possible.
In the unfortunate circumstance that you can't make it and you can't find a replacement, the deposit of 500.- CHF is non-refundable as it covers our basic costs of organisation, accomodation and food etc. However the rest of the amount is refundable if we find a replacement in time. that being said: the sooner we know, the better and the easier it will be to find a replacement.
In case of emergencies, sickness, or any other reason that is a week prior or shorter notice we will try to find an individual solution.
